This is my second stay in the hotel after almost 5 years. State for four nights on the ground floor room every thing worked well if we had a problem the reception is just a step away again the chief receptionist has a very good job and the rest of them are very helpful the lounge upstairs gives you tea coffee and hot chocolate and nice to sitoverlooking the garden. The great thing is in the summer be overlooked a little garden plus you can open the windows. Tube just around the corner Rooms are sparkling clean

“Clean, nice and quiet.”
Clean, nice and quiet. The staff was wery kind. Easy to go to central London. The only minus for us was the early breakfast time, 9 o'clock is the latest you can come in weekdays. Everything else is fine!
