The hotel was in a great location around the corner from Hyde Park and Bayswater and Queensway tube stations so ideal as a base for visiting different areas of London. The service from the front desk team was great. The rooms themselves were slightly on the smaller side and extremely hot. The air conditioning can’t be turned on unless the temperature outside is above 21 degrees so it really hits you in the winter and unable to turn it down. Our room was facing the road so it was a tad loud in the morning due to lots of building work going on the street and with single glazed windows the sound travelled easily. However appreciate this is outside the control of the hotel to a certain extent. For the price, we found the hotel to be fine for what we needed and ideal as a base in London for a few days. Didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel but around £20pp if you wanted to.

“Pleasant stay!”

It was a nice stay here. The only reason not 5 star is it was a little chaotic, with noise etc going on with the reconstruction and I couldn't make head or tail of which stairs to take etc. Staff were so lovely, room was very nice. Pros: - brilliant location, 5 mins walk from Bayswater underground stop - staff were incredibly friendly! - very modern look - bed is comfy Cons: - unfortunately the walls are paper thin.. heard the couple next door doing the deed one evening. - the air con doesn’t work unless the outside temp is 22 degrees plus, but the window doesn’t hardly open either so was a very hot and stuffy sleep - shower is tiny!! - bed is a small double - bedside lamps had wireless chargers on which is a really good idea, but they didn’t work!

We booked a triple room and specifically asked for a room with 3 single beds in it , we did not get that room, we got a room with a 1 double and 1 single bed , we had booked almost 5 months before our stay , and at check in staff at reception said it was subject to availability , and had not got a room with 3 beds , if it wasnt available 5 months ago when we booked why did they confirm the booking ? or was it that they got a better offer ?? maybe some one staying longer then us or paying more for the rooms closer to the time ? we were just told more then once its subject to availability ! we were not happy with the way we were treated as they just didnt seemed to care that we didnt get the room we had booked , Apart from all that the hotel looks very new and spotlessly clean, rooms are a little bit on the small side , but has everything you need . We didnt eat in the hotel as we thought £19 was a bit expensive for breakfast Location is great too.
