Booked this hotel as a special birthday weekend for my wife as we had a theatre show to go to. Fantastic location in the heart of theatre land Leicester Square. Arrived early & was very surprised to hear the room was ready for us & even better news, we were offered a complimentary upgrade to a 1 bed suite, room 116. Fantastic spacious studio with large window to the square. Very impressed & room was very clean. Staff were very friendly & very helpful. Would highly recommend. Had a great stay, thank you to all the lovely stafft

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and thrilled to receive a complimentary upgrade—such a wonderful surprise! The hotel was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after exploring the city. Its location was unbeatable, just a short walk from theatres, restaurants, and major attractions, making it ideal for a theatre-filled getaway. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring our stay was seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely return!
