The location was great for sightseeing. Room was great for what we paid. Included breakfast and the staff specifically Eva was so fantastic. “A delightful hotel, that made you feel valued and cared for, felt very family oriented which was lovely x”
The hotel has a nice family feel about it. The room and en suite was nice and clean, it was also cleaned daily. Breakfast was delightful and the hosting was excellent. Sharam and Eva made me feel welcome and made a tough time easier as my mum was in hospital and taken to intensive care. I don't th… more
The hotel has a nice family feel about it. The room and en suite was nice and clean, it was also cleaned daily. Breakfast was delightful and the hosting was excellent. Sharam and Eva made me feel welcome and made a tough time easier as my mum was in hospital and taken to intensive care. I don't think I would have got this personal experience at another hotel. Thanks so much, I hope to return under better circumstances next time xx

“Friendly, clean and very welcoming.”
We spent 2 nights at this hotel and wish we could have stayed longer. From the moment we stepped through the door we were made to feel so welcome. We spent 2 nights at this hotel and wish we could have stayed longer. From the moment we stepped through the door we were made to feel so welcome. Immediately offered tea/coffee, biscuits and sweets and felt like nothing was too much trouble. The surroundings were lovely with colourful artwork mixed with original features and unusual pieces dotted throughout. Our room was small but very clean and fresh and contained everything we needed for our stay. The location of the hotel was ideal for exploring London from with an excellent bus service which we made good use of. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful and we were greeted each morning by Mariam who provided excellent service. Special thanks to Sharam, Eva, Yan and Mohammad for their wonderfully attentive hospitality. We will definitely be back 😁

I'm a support worker and took a person whom I support up to London to see Phantom of the Opera for his birthday, this hotel looked a good option so we booked it. Even though it was a little further out from the centre of London the price we paid and the cost of taxis still came out cheaper than booking a hotel that was closer to the city centre. On arrival we were greeted by Mehdi, who is a really friendly guy and gave us all the information we required while we were staying at City London hotel. We were offered complimentary drinks/biscuits/sweets and we were able to check in early as we were booked in for the matinee performance of Phantom. He organised a taxi for us which arrived in minutes. Our rooms were immaculate, lovely shower rooms, a good size TV, an iron and board, tea and coffee facilities and bottled water all available in the rooms. We booked a room only basis but we're surprised to be told there was a free continental breakfast provided in the basement dining room, it was a very nice selection of food and drinks that are all self service so you can have as much or as little as you prefer. I would highly recommend staying here as it's very good value for money and it was a good opportunity to view some of London's great landmarks while travelling in the taxis, a bonus I thought.
