We all had a lovely stay. Great hotel and location. From the minute we arrived,Jojo greeted us and recommended us few places to go to within the area. From my check in with Ifza who was very friendly and welcoming,Adrian who looked after us from the Brasserie and made sure we enjoyed every single meal. Arham in concierge for helping us with our bags and Sadika during check out who was very friendly and assisted us with all our queries at the end of our stay. Will recommend this place :) The staff overall were so welcoming and hotel room itself is very comfortable and beautiful. Thank you!

“Great location, perfect hotel”
We spent 2 nights and it was perfect : room new and big enough (deluxe double king bed) , quiet , check- in friendly and professional , breakfast perfect I already knew the hotel , the location is perfect for shopping and visiting , it has been even better that I remembered , will come back again

Restaurant serves good food and excellent waiters like Beata and Adrian.Sadiqa and Ifza at the reception were friendly and helpful
