This hotel is centraly located within walking distance of Covent garden, Totenham court road. and central london, while having two tube stations within a few minutes walking distance. The staff here are very friendly and professional, and the rooms are comfortable, and quiet at night. Order the breakfast as it will set you up for the day, and there is a varied selection. There is a lovely bar in the hotel, but a glass of wine is very expensive , so stick to the beer. Definately stay here again, the staff is always what makes or breaks a hotel, they definately make it here.

Lovely stay. Clean. Great room. Beds and pillows super comfortable. Staff are lovely. Especially Yin. Breakfast good although no bananas and very limited for vegans. Pastry are mini versions. Lots of lovely restaurants and super close to walk to covent garden and west end shows

“One night in a perfect location”
Hotel is in an amazing location. We usually hop on & off the tube to get around London but with the bus stop being right outside the hotel we decided to travel by bus this time & it was a breeze. Hotel is in an amazing location. We usually hop on & off the tube to get around London but with the bus stop being right outside the hotel we decided to travel by bus this time & it was a breeze. Hotel was clean. The handyman who came to our room because I thought the bathroom light didn’t work was such a nice person. The room (214) was spacious. Not soundproof so sirens did wake me up one or twice during the night. The bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked. Quite firm so for me the hotel looses a star for the bed comfort. The pillows & duvet were ok. I have stayed in better. Room served its purpose to sleep in for one night. Didn’t eat at the hotel. Room was ready early for us to check in which was a nice bonus after travelling.

“Great short stay, no issues, clean and tidy ”
Stayed here with my daughter on a one night theatre and sightseeing trip, room was ready at check in and our twin room was clean and tidy. Would have been 5 star review but the chain on the door didn't work (there is a lock though), and the TV kept switching off and on...not huge problems for us! T… more

Tassimo coffee machine in room a nice to touch. We used the hotel bar and the staff were very friendly. Hotel is in a great location, a 15 minute walk from some of the West End theatres (we were at the Novello) and about 20 minute walk to Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square and Leicester Square. Euston Station is 20 minutes away as well! If I'm visiting again I'd definitely use this hotel, and recommend to friends.
