So I didn't stay in the hotel itself so I can't comment on that but can I just say, the food we had was incredible! We had a meeting in the boardroom and all got something for lunch - colleagues all had sandwiches which were generously portioned and almost gave me food envy until I tasted my prawn … more

We had a meeting in the boardroom and all got something for lunch - colleagues all had sandwiches which were generously portioned and almost gave me food envy until I tasted my prawn and monkfish curry which I just loved. Really high quality and well cooked fish, lovely warming taste to the curry without being overpowering, rice well cooked - a real gem on that menu. The service was also really attentive, polite and friendly, would definitely recommend to anyone looking to book a meeting in the area or just a lunch/dinner

The hotel is great! It was available on the evening i arrived to london after 12 am, and they made the check in process so easy. The guy at reception greeted us in the most friendly way. The staff at the reception the next day were all extremely friendly and helpful as i asked for some stuff for my room and they were very generous. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfy and the facilities were great as they had all the things we needed for our stay. I highly recommend this hotel and i would definitely go back whenever im in London.

Lady on reception was not very pleasant. She gave a very poor first impression. We in advance requested requested an early check in. We were told of the room was ready no problem. On arrival it was ready (we arrived around 12:30) only to be told it was an additional charge? On the Saturrday night ( our 1st night), there was a party going on from 1am through to 8am, when we went out for the day Loud music and shouting When mentioned at reception they apologised, and said they can't anything about the neighbours. The other 2 night were quiet. However this is an old buolding and you can hear everything. It was clean, a good shower and great location.
