“Fabulous stay”
A group of 16 of us stayed here over the weekend. The staff were unbelievable. We had booked 8 rooms and had asked if possible to get an early check in, thinking we might get in at 2 instead of 3. We arrived at 12 and they had every room prepared and we could go straight to the rooms to freshen up.… more
A group of 16 of us stayed here over the weekend. The staff were unbelievable. We had booked 8 rooms and had asked if possible to get an early check in, thinking we might get in at 2 instead of 3. We arrived at 12 and they had every room prepared and we could go straight to the rooms to freshen up. The hotel was extremely clean and beds super comfy. Everything was within a walking distance for us from the hotel. The bus from the airport stops a 2 min walk from the hotel. 100% will book again. Super convient and the service was fantastic.

Really refreshing and welcome stay in Liverpool. Hotel is in a great location. Hotel was clean and staff friendly and accommodating. The pool is a nice addition, book a time slot with reception and they hand you an access card. Water cool but no colder than any other pool and soon warm up once in. Did this both on the evening and next morning. Evening meal in the hotels restaurant was lovely and breakfast the following morning was equally as good with a wide range of items on offer. No complaints at all and would definitely return.

Great hotel with central location. I would have given 5 stars but we had the rudest barman one night when we arrived back to the hotel.
