“Lovely hotel x”
Beautiful hotel with such friendly staff.Rooms are spacious and beds so comfortable. Nice bar and restaurant within the hotel. Breakfast was so nice and this is the 5th time we have stayed at this hotel. We will be back in February 2025. Made some lovely friends at this hotel especially Andrada and… more

Made some lovely friends at this hotel especially Andrada and Natalia who are an asset to your company. “A very pleasant stay”
A very pleasant overnight city break with my wife at the Park plaza hotel. We were able to leave our luggage at reception in the morning before our afternoon check-in. A very pleasant overnight city break with my wife at the Park plaza hotel. We were able to leave our luggage at reception in the morning before our afternoon check-in. Pleasant and professional staff checked us in & informed us about breakfast for the following morning. Room was a corner room on the 19th floor & had fab city views. The room was very large & comfortable & had everything we would expect in a decent 4 star hotel. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice, hot & cold & again the staff were very pleasant. I would definitely stay here again. My 1 & only suggestion is please change those breakfast sausages for something decent, they let the show down. 😉

“Underwhelming for 4*”
Positives - Across the road from the train station, close to bars, restaurants & shops, easy check in/out, friendly staff. Negatives - Bed was horribly hard, so much so I couldn't sleep longer than an hour at a time! Room old and very dated, need to improve if stating 4* hotel.
