“Great Staff Luxury Rooms”
This hotel exceeded all expectations with its impeccable service, stunning ambiance, and spotless rooms. The staff was incredibly attentive, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommended for a luxurious and hassle-free stay!

I have read quite a few reviews from other's and I must admit, I am in complete shock, I booked in on 31st of January 2025, and was on the 4th floor which in all honesty wasn't good for my mobilty, so the following day I spoke to the Duty manager called Maj and he said to me Chris I will move you to a lower floor as soon as possible, and low and behold on the following Tuesday morning he gave me a room on the first floor, and every day the cleaners knock my door to see if room requires cleaning or if I need anything, Must point out my room is clean, no mould, no damp, just to finish off with the Bar (the station) again great staff, Bar Manager, Jodie, Emma and Anne just like Maj cannot do enough for you, Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Definitely be back 💯%

The hotel was very clean, The room was also clean and has everything that you would need. The only issues was that the public nearby parking in china town was closed when it said it was open online, not the fault of the hotel. The second issue was the TV only had one channel. But overall the receptionist was helpful and polite and great location.

Disappointed... Disappointed... Stayed here for two nights November 2024 , I was visiting the Christmas market, the hotel was right by the station so due to my mobility issues, it was a great location however .. very very basic, and inneed of a deep clean, has soon has you walk in very strong smell of new paint the workmen actually working during our visit , slapping on the paint , definitely not professional contractors it was a mess . In the room, beds were clean and towels , the bath had just been resealed, it was thick and again slapped on everywhere very poor , the floor was grubby in the corners, dirty marks around light switches and on the wall , tea tray coveted in stains , windows filthy dirty couldn't see through them , the window sill outside was littered with cigarette butts, chair by the desk had a huge hole in the seat , but the most shocking thing was Mice ..... 🐭.. every time we went out into the corridor we saw a mouse .. we paid £110 per night very over priced for the standard, we told reception about the mouse he just laughed .. The location was the only good thing about this place .
