“A gem of a hotel!”
This was my first trip to this gem of a boutique hotel. The historical mansion was both interesting and beautiful. The service from each team member was five-star. The dinner and breakfast menus were interesting and the food was delicious. I will definitely be back!

“Favorite hotel in the US”
My favorite hotel in the US! No kidding. Charming, comfortable, excellent service, and top notch bar and restaurant. Best cocktails in TX too. Bar staff is incredibly talented and creative. Spectacular wrap around porch with comfortable seating. Ideal for personal or business occasions.

From the check in experience with Daniel to the artisan cocktails created by Max in the bar, our experience at Hotel Ella was fabulous! In town for a state capitol event honoring a family member's contributions to their field, the team at Hotel Ella was accommodating and pleased to serve as out 'base of operations' during our Austin visit. We experienced it all - rooms nicely appointed, fun lobby bar and delicious breakfast in the dining room. We really appreciated Daniel and Max's contributions that added value to our stay -I hope the ownership is listening, these guys are GREAT! Ladies in the group particularly liked the innovative French 75 recipe... we will attempt to recreate the cocktail at home but unsure as Max certainly is a great mixologist. We will be back - this place, centrally located, suited out needs well. Cheers!

Hotel Ella is truly a masterpiece! From the moment we stepped into this gorgeous boutique hotel, we were captivated by its charm, elegance, and warm ambiance. The staff was simply incredible—attentive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making our stay perfect. A special shoutout to Daniel, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. On our first visit, he gave us his business card, and his exceptional service was a huge reason we decided to return. Daniel's hospitality and professionalism are unmatched, and he truly embodies the spirit of this beautiful establishment. The hotel itself is immaculately clean, peaceful, and perfectly maintained. It’s the ideal sanctuary in the heart of Austin. We loved the convenience of being within walking distance of so many downtown attractions, yet still enjoying a quiet and tranquil retreat at the end of the day. Hotel Ella is a rare gem, and we can’t wait to come back again. If you’re looking for a blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service, this is the place to stay in Austin!

My husband and I had an amazing time at Hotel Ella! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Daniel at check-in, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Goodall’s, where Abby provided excellent service and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. As locals in Austin, we were looking for a relaxing weekend staycation, and Hotel Ella exceeded our expectations. The digital pre-check-in was incredibly convenient, making our arrival smooth and hassle-free. Room service was efficient and superb, and we were impressed by how quickly everything arrived and how delicious it was. The valet service was top-notch, and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. We’re already looking forward to returning in the warmer months to enjoy the beautiful pool. Highly recommend Hotel Ella for a peaceful getaway, whether you're a local or visiting Austin!
