“Leilany Amazing at front desk and Hotel room is nice and clean”
This hotel is nice and very spacious in the suite that we booked. Helped by Leilany who went out of her way to make sure that everything was good for us. Her energy made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. She even helped us later on 10/10!!!!

This hotel was perfect for my adult daughter and I after her recovery from surgery at Cedars-Sinai. There was plenty of room for us to have separate spaces so she could rest. This hotel was perfect for my adult daughter and I after her recovery from surgery at Cedars-Sinai. There was plenty of room for us to have separate spaces so she could rest. Loida at the front desk went the extra mile when she could see my daughter’s condition and made a switch for us to be in an accessible room which turned out to be what we needed. This was truly a blessing to have someone in tune to the needs of their guests and go the extra mile to make things better for them. The hotel is nestled in a great neighborhood and the rooftop is amazing, so many pluses.

Mid-February, I visited West Hollywood and again stayed at Le Parc at Melrose. The first trip was outstanding, so I had high expectations for my second visit. No surprise that my anticipations were surpassed with their extraordinary high standards of hospitality. With every encounter the staff makes one feel appreciated, at home, and well taken care of. The hotel, placed off the beaten path of N W Knoll Drive, provides respite from the busy hustle yet close enough to enjoy all that West Hollywood has to offer. On the rooftop or at the in-house restaurant Knoll, I met others who were also smitten with the location, the design, and gracious friendliness of the team. Kudos again to Karla, the general manager; Adriana, the front desk manager; Omar, Loida, & Leilani, at the front desk; Worku, Jorge at valet; Otto, Iram, Leah, & Sergio at Knoll; and Farhad at housekeeping. So many more of the team to thank, but those are the names that I managed to remember. Everyone is spectacular! See you again soon because Le Parc is my go-to resort in West Hollywood. BTW check out their beautiful rooftop view (see photos) with pool and bar (in warm weather), huge rooftop tennis & pickleball court, gym, and convenient office space.

This was the comfiest hotel ever. It was the perfect extended stay for my dog and I. The staff here is second to none. Everyone felt like family. They were so sweet and helpful and kind. This was the comfiest hotel ever. It was the perfect extended stay for my dog and I. The staff here is second to none. Everyone felt like family. They were so sweet and helpful and kind. From morning to night it was amazing. The room was huge with everything I needed. Great dressing room and closet, spacious couch and fireplace, I love the large private balcony and the kitchenette set up. I couldn’t ask for more. After being displaced by the Altadena Eaton Canyon fires I landed here and there were 10/10. I will be back. I will recommend this hotel and the location to everyone. Oh and the rooftop is amazing!! LA doesn’t even know what a gem we have here! Major shout outs to Carla, George, Otto and so many more incredible staff members who took great care of me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!

I came here with 5 friends to celebrate my birthday. Although check-in was a little bit later than anticipated due to us wanting two adjoining rooms, I appreciated the friendliness of the staff, and the hotel, even provided chocolate covered strawberries and champagne for my birthday!! It was such a wonderful surprise. Loida and Leilany at the front desk were very helpful and I enjoyed interacting with them. This is my second time staying here and won’t be my last. I loved all the space we had and felt the location can’t be beat.
