Stayed at the Garden Inn while back in Minnesota for a reunion with my sibs. We all stayed in the hotel. The service was great as usual but what made are stay memorable was the Vickey who was the wait staff for breakfast. She was informative, helpful and gracious. Gracious is an old fashioned word, but fits for someone like Vickey who treats her guests in the hotel as she would her friends and family visiting at her home. In a world where civility appears to be at a premium, graciousness is to be treasured. Would recommend the Garden Inn and certainly will stay any time I return to Eagan

We were in from WI for my nieces wedding. We had two large dogs with us as well. Nancy, Pam and Zaque amongst others were so accommodating to our large group and dogs. “Had issues with checking. Thanks to the helpful, professional and patient front desk supervisor, the issue was fixed.”
We had some issues with checking in due to my companies error. We had a very long day. The front desk supervisor Zaque, was so patient, professional and helpful, he worked diligently to get us checked in. He apologized for the inconvenience.
