“Excellent!”
The suite that we had last December is superb! I really love the location and the Christmas spirit from the ambiance and the hotel staff! Especially to Sean from Front Desk that had a lot of patience and do his best by accommodating me and my friends that night while celebrating! We Will definitely… more

“Best hotel in the Boston area”
My husband and I stay at the Kimpton Marlowe whenever we are in the Boston area. It is a terrific hotel with knowledgeable and attentive staff. The rooms are always clean and well appointed. My husband and I stay at the Kimpton Marlowe whenever we are in the Boston area. It is a terrific hotel with knowledgeable and attentive staff. The rooms are always clean and well appointed. The breakfast at Bambara is always a great way to start our day. Over the holidays we visited the popup holiday themed bar and had wonderful drinks and enjoyed the festive look of the bar. We also used the gym which is well maintained. The hotel is extremely pet friendly which is a bonus for people traveling with their pets. We highly recommend the Kimpton Marlowe to anyone traveling to Boston.

This hotel is upscale and located in a good part of town accessible to many attractions we were given a room directly under the fitness center the room was beautiful,however with the center being open 24 hours is where the problem began all the noise of the treadmill and rowing machines transfers directly into the room and it was pretty unsettling. It happened upon check in and later that evening and early the next morning. The front desk was more than accommodating. They switched our room and were very apologetic. The decor was very pleasing. I love the large tiles in the bathroom the designer of the hotel hit their mark. The hotel offers complimentary wine in the lobby every day between 5 and 6 pm and coffee every morning between 6 and 10. The parking situation is pretty clear cut as well however the parking garage needs much better signage as it is confusing until you grasp the layout. The beds weee comfy but definitely. Need more then two pillows each possibly 4 per bed would be better. That was the only down side to the stay. There is a resturant and bar in the lobby which is convienient and a short walk to the connected shopping mall and food court too. I would definitely reccomend this hotel and will definitely stay here again if I’m back in this area. The staff was welcoming and friendly as well

Our 2nd time staying at the Kimpton Marlowe and we are very happy we returned. Beautiful property in a great location. Not too close but also not far from Boston Logan airport. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a view of the courtyard. Ample bathroom with really good water pressure and temperature. The closet was sufficient for our weekend visit and the complimentary umbrella is a nice touch. Thankfully we didn’t need it on this visit. Decent sized mini fridge and safe are also appreciated. In the lobby, there was a lovely beverage stand with complimentary hot chocolate available each day. It was delicious. There was also a Christmas-themed Miracle pop up bar, perfect for adults to enjoy fun holiday cocktails, snacks, and desserts. The Kimpton Marlowe also caters to pets and they are welcomed with snacks and their names on a notice board. Thankfully, the hotel is very well maintained and always smells clean and inviting.
