“Fantastic business hotel in Copley Square”
I stayed here for 1 night while in town for a Board meeting, and I will definitely return. Check in was quite seamless as I checked in via my mobile app and retrieved my keys from the front desk. I stayed here for 1 night while in town for a Board meeting, and I will definitely return. Check in was quite seamless as I checked in via my mobile app and retrieved my keys from the front desk. I was given 2622 which was large size king with a sectional couch. The room had been updated tastefully, and the shower was quite refreshing. One of the hallmarks of the hotel is their fitness center which features ample cardio machines and free weights. Breakfast was quite good as the greek yogurt and granola was exceptional. I would definitely return.

Exceptional staff at the Executive Lounge which is lead by Irene Yeung. She is outstanding and pays attention to each and every person who walks through the door. Her team is also outstanding, David and Karla in the mornings and Freddy and Chen in the evenings. Please know that you are the reason I have switched my hotel when staying in Boston to the Westin Copley. The hotel is clean, nice location and never disappoints.

Very good hotel overall. This is clearly a business hotel, but it is still tourist friendly. The rooms are so-so. They are a bit outdated. Very good hotel overall. This is clearly a business hotel, but it is still tourist friendly. The rooms are so-so. They are a bit outdated. Also, not enough closet or cabinet space to put your clothes and I had a huge Riverview King Studio Suite, and I was traveling alone. I can only imagine if I travelled with my wife, she would have freaked out! The gym is good and well equipped. The restaurant has good food. This hotel is very busy with lots of people checking in and out all the time.
