“One of my best hotel experience!”
Everything about this hotel is wonderful. The location is great. our room was comfortable, spacious and gorgeous. Every member of the staff is friendly. Everything about this hotel is wonderful. The location is great. our room was comfortable, spacious and gorgeous. Every member of the staff is friendly. It is obvious that the hotel treats their employees well because every employee from housekeeping to front desk is exceptional. The concierge, Humberli, is so helpful and friendly. He welcomed us every time we saw his with a huge smile and friendly hello, as well as an offer of service. I wish I remembered the front desk staff when we checked in as they were very helpful, professional and friendly. I will definitely choose this hotel for my next Miami trip.

This is a beautiful hotel in the middle of Coral Gables with lots of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was super clean and well maintained. Lovely hotel, vibrant location. Gorgeous rooftop pool. Swimming in the warm water, seeing the stars, was a perfect end to a day. “Not worth the money. ”
We stayed at the hotel prior to a wedding nearby. It's location is it's selling point. It sits atop an office building making the navigation of the space unnecessarily difficult. We stayed at the hotel prior to a wedding nearby. It's location is it's selling point. It sits atop an office building making the navigation of the space unnecessarily difficult. The staff was lovely with the exception of the night desk attendant who was just plain rude. The rooms are nothing special. The mismatched furniture might be by design but it gives the appearance that the manger picked up items at garage sales. The bathrooms feature the standard "bathfitter" upgrade which is pointless. A better upgrade would have been installing showers. The tiles were mildew and the carpets were dirty. The pool was OK but some of the furniture needed replacing. The walls are paper thin. We could hear every movement in the hallways. The rooms feature 4 post beds that only served to block the view of the TV. The cost to park at the hotel is exorbitant.
