Marissa was so friendly and kind to me and my friend! Thank you Marissa! We appreciated your attentiveness when we arrived at the hotel! The hotel was also very clean and all staff was friendly ! Thank you Hilton Staff! Also I enjoyed the ambiance and the look of the palm trees!

“Amazing Customer service”
Room was great, so was the things available at the hotel (food, drinks etc) Marissa at the front desk was amazing! She helped so much and made sure check in was smooth/easy. Even took the time to ensure our rooms were the best fit for us. Thank you!

Marissa was awesome and super friendly ❤️ The hotel was beautiful and had all the amenities that you needed. I would definitely recommend! This hotel is also close to so many cool spots in Costa Mesa! And definitely walking distance from everything.

Great easy check in with Marissa! Very friendly and so accommodating! Very large location! Having Starbucks downstairs is definitely a plus! Parking is easy! And the location is great for the airport needs & south coast plaza is just down the street!

A+++++ experiences with BETO, in the Lobby bar. My Company has me stay at this location at least 1s a week . Specifically for the top tier service of this location. Starting from getting your car Valet up front row and they remember you by name . When you first walk in the Lobby doors and first face you see is Beto! Beto knows each one of our names, and greats us like we are all truly his friends and is very welcoming.. it’s just a super big bonus he makes the best Old fashions in town and he makes his very own bitters !!! Truly the best . Maritza at the front desk, is wonderful as well, very professional/ helpful and can tell she really enjoys her job. We will continue to come back and wanted to share a little bit of what brings us back . Highly Recommend. 5 ⭐️
