Yes, it’s only 1 block from the beach but the reasonable price you pay makes up for that. There is a heated pool and, my favorite thing, an outdoor shower. Yes, it’s only 1 block from the beach but the reasonable price you pay makes up for that. There is a heated pool and, my favorite thing, an outdoor shower. The rooms are clean and updated and they come with a fridge and microwave. Some efficiencies have a full kitchen. There is plenty of drawer and closet space for storing things. I have already booked for a year from now and am staying longer! Renee, the manager I dealt with, was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time making sure I understood how to work the TV and that I could get the channels I wanted. It is just a few blocks south to the cute downtown area and a few more blocks to the north to a Publix, CVS and Dollar Store. The only drawback when lounging by the pool is the traffic noise on A1A but ear plugs can take care of that problem! I am glad I found this place and plan to be a regular guest!!!!

“Fanatic place”
Fantastic place. Small boutique place with great vibe and very clean. Close to everything. Beach chairs and towels are provided. Reasonable priced accommodations.Renee the host is very accommodating and the BEST!!! Will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

“Comfortable and welcoming.”
I had a 4 days stay here and as soon as I checked in Renee was very helpful, informative and made me feel welcomed. The rooms are very clean and the housekeepers are always on top of it. “Invasion of privacy in my hotel room!”

Well my husband and I have stayed here the last couple of years. The good things are Renee is a great person. The hotel is very nice..close to beach, town. Clean. Cute! Nice pool. Ok well this past October we had a few problems.. Privacy note on door was ignored (we always put that sign on the door, I don't want anyone in my room!). by the maid who walked in, saw a blood stain on my husband's bed sheet, ( he had too much fun at the local bar, fell coming back to hotel..) she took pictures.. next thing u know we are getting charged 50 dollars for a new sheet! Crazy. Bad experience. Didn't end up paying 50 but later a charge on my C.Card is a mystery. ?? Maid was in the wrong. Sorry,did not leave her a tip..invasion of privacy!
