“Mr. Chadwick gave us excellent service!”
My husband planned a little get away to celebrate my birthday. Mr. Chadwick greeted us so warmly upon our arrival and even treated us to a bottle of champagne to celebrate! He deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond his role and making us feel special!!! Thank you!!!

Really did enjoy this hotel…staff was very friendly, location was excellent, parking was free and plenty, and beds were comfy. Only notable…the room doors are VERY heavy, but somehow not insulating at all of noise. You can hear everything that goes on in the hall..including every other door on the hall opening and closing. You can also clearly hear talking and conversations/TV, etc in rooms from the hall. With that said, there’s zero way I would stay here near the elevators, and would prob go for an end of hall room next time.

Clean hotel and friendly staff. The sheets had some stains on them. Otherwise it was a little dated and worn but good stay overall. The exercise room was very limited equipment offering, especially when it is busy. The hotel restaurant closed unexpectedly early (even per the hotel staff) on the Friday when we arrived, but the Boston’s Restaurant next door is open all night and has pretty good food.

“Average Hotel, not to ADA Standards”

Overall, the hotel is in good shape for a 3-star hotel. It is definitely not a 4-star hotel, as many websites state. The Pros are that it is clean and centrally located near sports venues and Six Flags, and the bar/restaurant is pretty good with great service and food. The rooms are clean, but the furniture is really dated and worn out. The cons are that the front desk staff and daytime management need some serious and immediate customer service training, especially in courtesy. The staff at this hotel are not the friendliest. This is a high-traffic hotel, and it can get really crowded during sports events and holidays. The hallways can be very busy and noisy with traffic until the late hours of the night (1 am-3 am). Housekeeping starts early in this hotel (7 am or so), so be ready to hear slamming doors and vacuum cleaners very early in the morning. My biggest con is that the accessible room did not meet ADA regulations, except for the safety bars: there was no seat for the rolling shower, the toilet seat and bed were very low, and the floor was slick, shiny titles and very slippery, which can be very dangerous when wet. It indeed concerns me that what passes as accessible in the hotel industry these days is just a few safety bars. If you need an accessible room, please be aware of this before booking a reservation at this hotel. It is a good hotel if you need a night to crash after a busy day, but an upgrade is needed. Front desk staff and hotel management need some serious customer service training.
