Awesome experience. We needed a hotel last minute at 10pm at night due to flight delays. I hurried and booked this hotel as it was close to the airport. We weren’t disappointed! The staff was welcoming when we got in. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas and very clean. Parking was super easy. The restaurant was still open and my husband was able to order and bring food back to our room while I stayed with our kiddo who had been up since 3 am traveling and needed sleep. The rooms were quiet, clean and updated. Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the DFW area.

“Only good things to say”
This hotel has been a saving grace! I had to move all our meetings and training teams here from the Hilton Garden Inn and Courtyard. Service has been great, check in smooth. No billing issues, and clean rooms. Thank you to Dana for helping us out!

I recently returned from a trip to the Dallas area. As a Hilton Honors member, I have stayed at many Hilton properties of various prices. When I researched hotels in the Dallas area, I was looking for a hotel in the $400 a night ballpark. My wife and I have stayed in the Waldorf-Astoria in Atlanta and will stay at The Hiatus in Clearwater soon, so we wanted a comparable hotel in Dallas. However, because my brother and sister decided to stay at the DFW Lake Executive Conference Center, my wife and I decided to stay at the same. Wow!!! I am glad I did. When I walked into the foyer/lobby, I was immediately impressed with the ambience. It was inviting and prepossessing. The staff was kind and receptive. Lou Lou, Emily, Lindsay, and Rhianna were personable and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel's restaurant, Bonnie and Clyde's, had tasty food and plenty of televisions. The breakfast voucher ($15 for each guest) was much appreciated, the breakfast buffet and made-to-order omelettes were delicious, and the dining area was quiet and relaxing. Moreover, the exercise room was clean and had plenty of treadmills and other fitness equipment. The indoor/outdoor pools were welcoming. The hotel is within a block or two of a vast shopping mall. The room was clean and comfortable. I was simply taken aback by the inexpensive price for such a wonderful hotel. I can only surmise that its location in Grapevine (perhaps 30 minutes from Dallas and Fort Worth) had something to do with the price, because the hotel itself was as relaxing as any Hilton property that I have stayed. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Dallas.

We recently stayed at the Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center, which was conveniently located approximately 1.1 miles from the Gaylord Resort, where we were attending an event. The location was ideal, making it easy for us to get to and from the venue. An Uber ride cost approximately $7. The hotel itself was spotless—exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The walk-in shower was a standout feature—spacious and luxurious. Our room was well-equipped with tea and coffee-making facilities, adding a nice touch of comfort. The beds were extremely comfortable, as were the pillows. The amenities were impressive. The pool was lovely, providing a relaxing spot to unwind, and the gym was very well-equipped, catering to a variety of fitness needs. Additionally, the staff was fantastic—friendly, professional, and eager to assist in any way they could. My only criticism was the food. Dinner at Bonnie & Clyde was disappointing, and breakfast at The Vineyard failed to impress. Additionally, the prices at Java were exorbitant—a small bottle of wine costing $40 was excessive. Overall, I really liked the hotel for its cleanliness, amenities, and excellent service. However, the food quality and pricing left a lot to be desired.

“Nice hotel”
This hotel is quite large. Parking is free and the lot is huge. The rooms are standard Hilton and mostly ok, maybe a little dated. The people I encountered were all nice. It’s near a mall and many places to eat so that was easy. The lobby is very nice.
