“Great customer service at a great hotel”
Cassandra and Cordell were wonderful. They really helped us. I would highly recommend this place. They helped me with issues that came up with our reservations. Great Christmas atmosphere! Very Christmasy welcome at the front desk have a Merry Christmas

“OUTSTANDING FRONT DESK SUPPORT”
Cordell was a great representative, very helpful and resourceful. We had forgotten to include a charge unit for our phones and when we inquired, he looked and was unable to find one. Not to be dissuaded, he told us he had a personal one that we could borrow for the evening. Because we were sched… more
Cordell was a great representative, very helpful and resourceful. We had forgotten to include a charge unit for our phones and when we inquired, he looked and was unable to find one. Not to be dissuaded, he told us he had a personal one that we could borrow for the evening. Because we were scheduled for several hospital appointments the next day, having a phone that was workable was of paramount importance. Without his help this would not have happened. You are fortunate to have a person of this caliber on your staff. He is management material and should be recognized as such by your organization or he will surely find this opportunity with someone else.

“I really appreciate his customer service”
They have some very great staffs especially CORDELL he very professional and people friendly he greets everyone as they walk through the doors and the building!!!! He have a great personality since I been here his smile light up the room as he welcomed us in at check in

“Outstanding”
Cordell Handled my reservation professionals, quickly and great attitude..My stay is 2 days and 2 separate reservations and he made sure I kept the same room. Way to go Cordell. The room is clean and smell fresh. I will recommend this hotel and I will stay again.
