“Great”
The hotel is a great place to stay in. The shuttle bus driver James is a great employee and helps with ensuring the drive is safe and comfortable. I will return and I recommend everyone to stay at holiday inn express on their visit in Indianapolis.

“Excellent Customer Service”
We just stayed here for one night and did park and fly. I was traveling with my 85 year old mother and my disabled husband. Our room was very clean and we had a nice stay. We were only there about 6 hours total but no complaints. The driver of the shuttle that took us to the airport was very pe… more

“Great mid-range-value hotel w/good airport shuttle”
Very good place starting with check-in with Jess. Room was also good; clean with quality internet and awesome huge TV with 5 HBOs & 3 ESPNs (but no NFLN or NHLN). Very good place starting with check-in with Jess. Room was also good; clean with quality internet and awesome huge TV with 5 HBOs & 3 ESPNs (but no NFLN or NHLN). I didnt have a chance to test the shower or AM breakfast bc I was gone @ 5am but the shuttle rez system was like clockwork and I had no early AM drama getting to IND. A few things that prevented a 5 star rating: it shares a parking lot with a Motel 6 next door and the first thing i see pulling up in front is some street person there (probably high) acting all crazy. So i'm not sure about parking a car there. Its also next to a SAMs club whether thats a plus or a minus for you. It was also slightly noisy (being next to a freeway and an airport) but I didnt mind bc with the windows shut and the TV on I barely noticed. The hotel is very quiet internally and I didn't hear anything except the slight background noise outside. All-in-all, the value was very good for what you pay & get in return. I would definitely stay here again (if I was using the airport shuttle and not leaving my own car overnight in the semi-sketchy parking lot).
