“A NEW YEAR’S EVE EXPERIENCE, TO BE REMEMBERED!”

My husband and I went to Ritz-Carlton for an end of the year get away and to celebrate New Year’s Eve. When we got to the front desk to check in, we were welcomed with a great smile by one of the front desk staff who we found out later to be the Assistant Front Desk Manager. His name is Murad. Murad gave us a fantastic room. Very nice and comfortable. He made our check in experience a fantastic one. The first POSITIVE impression that he made on my husband and I helped to set the tone for our stay. After check in, we were ready at that point, to come back to the hotel the next time that we were in the Dallas area. That’s how good an impression, Murad made on us. Janelle, the Night Front Desk Manager made sure we had a great New Year’s Eve Celebration. She helped to make it VERY SPECIAL! Noah is anther front desk staff, that was always helpful with a smile, the other times that we needed assistance. Overall, the Ritz-Carlton Las Colinas, Front Desk Management Staff, offer superior customer service, to other resorts that we have stayed. They are very respectful, accommodating and always willing to help.

A stunning property nestled in Las Colinas, made even more exceptional by its outstanding staff. Murad at check-in, Thomas at the Juniper Bar, and Colby and Marianna at Knife restaurant all went above and beyond to ensure an unforgettable experience. The dining options were superb—Knife delivered exceptional cuisine, Outlaw Taproom offered fantastic bar fare, and Juniper served up exquisite cocktails. We were upgraded to a Villa Suite, making this the best stay of my year, even after 90 nights at Bonvoy properties. Truly an unparalleled experience! We are already planning our next stay while in the DFW metro!

“Awesome experience and beautiful hotel in the whole of Dallas”
This place is awesomely huge and beautiful. The service is beyond. The staff is friendly and professional. There's a guy by the name of Murad Muazzam, he's the best. He's service and care is out of this world. I even extend my stay because of him.

“Peaceful and spacious resort on the golf course”
Large resort on the golf course, with rooms in the large main building and also in smaller villas next to the golf course. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere, spacious and comfortable place. My room in the « villas » had a nice peaceful view and a private terrace to relax.

“Is it really a Ritz Carlton?”
I was at this hotel 4 nights. The rooms are simple ( vs other Ritz Carlton in the world) but nice. The gym that belongs to the Nelson Gold Club is really nice The food is clearly not Ritz Carlton grade. Nor the food nor the service. I have tried each of the 3 food venues. The gym that belongs to the Nelson Gold Club is really nice The food is clearly not Ritz Carlton grade. Nor the food nor the service. I have tried each of the 3 food venues. The Italian (breakfast) ....eggs had no taste, and the yogurt+ fruit had no taste either. Probably average industrial base products. For lunch, I think the waiter did not really know what the menu was about. Salmon served with no limon, bread was grilled, cold and hard . The diner at the cigar bar...Food was Ok ( Pasta) but waitresses did not really know their job. Probably no training. Is short, the overall experience wasa long shot from ant other Ritz Carlton I have been to
