“Excellent Customer Service”
Excellent customer service from Conrad, Cindhy, Christian, and Roberto, anaeys at the dining area. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff, cleanliness odd the facility and the food. Each time I arrived they greeted me with a smile and were very attentive to my needs.

“Fabulous”
Hotel is nice, clean and safe, the rooms are comfortable. Have stayed here a few times and the staff have always been great - Shout out to Lynette, Corina, Carlo, Conrad, Anays and Antonio who are all very warm welcoming and friendly. Thank you!

I want to mentioned the following individuals for their outstanding customer service skills, attention to detail and warm hospitality. The front desk supervisor Lynette went above & beyond to ensure my reservation was processed correctly. The ladies at the club lounge Cynthia & Carla treated me like a VIP and were very accommodating as I needed my iPad charged while having breakfast. Also took pictures of me and engaged in great conversation. Thank you Intercontinental Doral for the VIP service

Great environment, great service. The room was amazing. The front desk representatives made sure that my wife and kids were taken care of while I was out on business. The pool area and bar are super nice too. The restaurant is a little pricey but their food is absolutely worth it. I highly recommen… more
