“Wonderful hotel with great staff”
To start with, there is no front desk. The staff was sitting on a small couch when we entered and stood immediately to warmly welcome us. To start with, there is no front desk. The staff was sitting on a small couch when we entered and stood immediately to warmly welcome us. Everything was just perfect from the staff to the hotel, to the location - less than a block from the beach, with complimentary lounge and umbrella at the beach - to the roof deck pool and party area. The small balcony over looking ocean ave was very nice. The street noise was cut off as soon as the patio door was closed. Overall, an excellent hotel.

I love love love staying at the Local House! It’s just a few steps from the beach, the people who work here are warm, the food is great (I eat here almost every day), and the rooms are amazing! They have extra pillows, robe and slippers… their attention to detail is incredible. This is my 4th time … more

“Reviews and Ratings Speak for Themselves!!”
Service is great. Amenities were amazing. Location is great. Umbrellas and chairs were a huge plus especially if you’re visiting. House keepers were top tier. Highly recommend and the reviews and high ratings speak for themselves. 9.5/10

“Super Cute Boutique Hotel!!!”
Super cute boutique hotel south of 5th so away from the craziness. Rooms are nice and clean, staff is really nice, the restaurant is excellent. BUT, we were NOT told the restaurant would close for 2 days with jackhammers and saws starting at 7 am. We will stay there again though! Beach umbrellas an… more
