“They knocked it out of the park!”
The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable! We felt at home as soon as we walked in! Your staff is outstanding! Everyone! The room service... again ... just outstanding! We had breakfast every morning on our balcony. It was absolutely beautiful! The breakfast was delicious, just awesome! Every night we went down to Sunset Pier bar and had a wonderful time watching the sunset listening to the live music and chatting with your bar staff who were very very nice and welcoming! They made us feel like we have been coming there for years! In particular, Zach and Erica, treated us so well! We really enjoyed their company and conversations the woman that was taking care of our room and cleaning it and straightening it up everyday was so nice and so polite I can't say enough about your staff and the whole experience from Craig that greeted us at the door to all your concierge people, the food the cleanliness, the ambiance, everything, you just knocked it out of the park!! We will definitely be coming back here again! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! For the wonderful experience in Key West!

“Dream Stay”
We stayed for the great location but every aspect of our stay was perfect. They put champagne on ice in our room for our anniversary, delicious dinner at Hot Tin Roof just steps away from our door, great staff always ready to help with anything. Dream stay!

“Best Hotel in Key West.”
Staff is wonderful, and the location is great. Restaurant is the best, and having a night-cap at the Hotel bar is a great way to end the day. The views of the Sunset on the Gulf of MEXICO are breathtaking, and you can enjoy the sights and sounds from Mallory Square from the comfort of your room.

“Oceanfront”
We got an oceanfront room and it was amazing! If you’re looking for a more tranquil view and not wanting to people watch i recommend a room that doesn’t overlook the pool and cruise ship docs, other than that it was phenomenal. Can walk to anything and everything!
