“Great value and location”
Very nice! Once we figured out the Duval Loop we were set to go. It is a free service that loops around Duval street if you prefer to limit walking. The stop is o e block away which is great. Place was clean. Breakfast was great. Highly recommended.

“Paradise realized”
Beautiful peaceful place. Clean comfortable rooms. Nice pool area with multiple pools. Monica the pool attendant is sweet and allows you to lounge while she delivers food and drinks with a smile. The kids enjoyed haleys marine critters by the pool. This resort is worth way more than we paid.

We are a bit confused by the 5 star reviews as this was far from our experience. Location is very good as it is centrally located in a nice neighborhood. Rooms were clean and freshly updated. However, the beds and pillows were horrible and resulted in very poor sleep quality. The mattress was sagging terribly and the pillows are all lumpy. It’s too bad that they are cutting corners on these important comforts.
