I have a comlaint! Front desk staff Jasmine and Erik, Snack deslivery by Lilly, Miguel providing as-needed maintenance and Joaquin as the perfect bartender -- they were all professional, cheerful and with can-do attitudes. So, my complaint is they work for Embassysuites and not for me at WCNi News Service. Here as a victim of the Palisades fire and as News Director for WCNi News Service, room 622 was the perfect "residence/office" which allowed me to easily conduct in-person and on-line nterviews, then timely distribute wildfire-related stores. And lest I not forget, the daily complimentary breakfast and evening "Happy Hour" are everything repressented. Not sure how long I'll be here, but when it's time to leave, Iit will be with good memories. -- Chuck Foster, News Director/WCNi News Service

The staff was outstanding! We were displaced from our home by the Palisades wildfire, all were compassionate and caring. Specifically Jasmine and Erick at the front desk, Lilly the snack lady and Joaquin in the bar. They all represented the hotel wonderfully!

A great hotel for meetings or smaller conventions. Joseph Rodriguez, Deepak Singh, Kimberly Ambriz and their supporting staff, Margarita Chiara, Pablo Bautista, Sergio Vargas, Nadeen Currie, Joaquin Guzman, and Joanna Ambriz, all took great care of us, very responsive and helpful. As a convention-runner, it was great to feel supported and to be able to work with people on the ground to solve issues immediately. Five stars for Deepak Singh and his crew. Outside of the meeting/convention context, we did have some minor issues with hospitality. For example, when we ran out of toilet paper, we called the front desk, and were told they would send their hotel robot to bring some. However, our in-room phone stopped working afterward, so we didn't know when the robot arrived at the door. When we called the front desk on a cell phone, we were told that it had already been sent and returned twice. I took one star off for this and similar minor inconveniences. Overall, a cozy, friendly hotel. Love the huge suite rooms, the layout of the meeting rooms and the airy, open atrium space in the middle. The free breakfast isn't particularly fancy, but it will fill you up and it's great not to have to think about it. I look forward to hosting more meetings here in the future.
