“WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE”
We have never been disappointed by the Marriot. The rooms are always very clean. Victoria did our check in and was SUPER friendly and very kind. We will definetly continue to stay at Marriot Hotels. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.🇱🇷😇

“Decent Hotel”
This Hotel is a little outdated but overall is kept pretty clean. Kindness from the front desk staff is sketchy depending upon who the interaction is with. This Hotel is a little outdated but overall is kept pretty clean. Kindness from the front desk staff is sketchy depending upon who the interaction is with. Mr Casper has always offered great customer service. His kindness in the very early hours and ensuring there is HOT Coffee for our company employees that are early risers. The breakfast is not much to desire. Our company books this hotel every year and we always enjoy our stay.

“Done with Springhill”
Stayed at a Springhill elsewhere at the beginning of our trip and it was awful. Already had reservations for this one so we decided to give them a chance. Overall, not awful. Stayed at a Springhill elsewhere at the beginning of our trip and it was awful. Already had reservations for this one so we decided to give them a chance. Overall, not awful. It was fairly clean which was 100% better than the other one. It’s just an odd room layout that doesn’t work well for us. It feels very crowded for a family. Might be OK for a single traveler. They accept dogs, which I knew when I booked it. We have a dog so we don’t really care. Except…my pillow smelled like dog, which I am NOT ok with. As Bonvoy members who stay 25+ nights a year, Springhill is off the list.
