Our dining experience at The Lambs Club was equally memorable—Dusan M (our dinner server) and the bartender on 2/22 went above and beyond to make our family celebration extra special. The impeccable service, refined setting, and delicious cuisine made for an unforgettable evening. Every detail of our stay reflected sophistication, comfort, and top-notch service. I want to start off and say I have never wrote a review before but, I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at The Chatwal Hotel—it was beyond incredible from start to finish! I planned my engagement through the hotel, and from the moment I called, Alfonso and Francisco were there to guide me every step of the way. Their input on how to plan my special day was invaluable, and Alfonso went above and beyond, constantly checking in to ensure everything was perfect. When I arrived at the hotel, I was immediately greeted by Luisa, who was an absolute gem! Her kindness and exceptional service made us feel welcomed and taken care of from the very first moment. She made sure we always had everything we needed, including fresh water at all times, and was more than accommodating when I requested to change rooms so I could use the hotel’s terrace as the perfect backdrop for my proposal. Alfonso and Luisa truly went out of their way to make our night unforgettable, and I will forever be grateful for their warmth and hospitality. After we got engaged, every single staff member congratulated us every time we passed by—it was such a personal and heartwarming touch that made our stay even more magical! Beyond the incredible service, the hotel itself is stunning—elegant, private, and serene despite being just steps away from Times Square. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous, providing a luxurious retreat while still being walking distance from everything we wanted to see during our quick 48-hour trip.
