“Catering Manager Service”
A Portland area client booked the Double Tree Hilton on Multnomah Street for an engaging event to uplift and empower women. Specifically, Thomas Polinsky, Catering Sales Manager was on point at every turn! We will definitely book this venue again.

“Amazing experience for our small business!”
We booked a conference room for a small awards lunch for our small business. The staff was great, especially Thomas! He was so helpful and made sure everything was set up and done for us when we arrived. It was the least stressful event we’ve ever done! Thanks DoubleTree staff!

“Great food and service”
The restaurant in the lobby has great food and the server, Garth, is on point. Took the time to make my daughter strawberry lemonade with real strawberries. He also made sure we knew that we could still order some of the lunch sandwiches even though we were there late. The Ruben was great

They were accomodating, kind, showed passion for making things happen, very strong communication skills, Actively listened, had a customer-focused approach, and they were assertive. I literally felt like I've known them for years. Very well groomed and their voice tone was very soothing.
