“Business trip made easy”
Five out of five Sabrina was extremely helpful and fun. I was transferred into my new room after the original room was a little bit noisy without an issue and then when I forgot to grab Waters, they were nice enough to send a whole bunch up to my room. Absolute pros.

“Outstanding property!”
Very clean property! Staff very friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcome! Pantry well stocked! Breakfast outstanding! Great location easy access to airport and attractions. Pool well kept and clean. Walking distance to Little Italy.

“Disappointed but great location”
The location of this Hampton Inn in downtown San Diego is great, but my stay was disappointing. The 1K room upgrade was a waste, offering little more than two sodas, a string cheese, and two coffee makers. The location of this Hampton Inn in downtown San Diego is great, but my stay was disappointing. The 1K room upgrade was a waste, offering little more than two sodas, a string cheese, and two coffee makers. Elevator renovations made wait times painfully long, and we got stuck in the parking garage trying to find an exit. This is the worst Hampton I’ve stayed at, and I won’t be coming back. Not worth the hassle or the price.

This hotel has a fabulous location. Close to Little Italy so you can walk to dinner. Close to the airport and the zoo. The staff were wonderful during our stay. However, the elevators are going through some renovations. So instead of 3 elevators there is only 1 in operation. It takes between 5-15 minutes to get the elevator, when it does finally open on your floor your lucky if one person can fit because your figure out quick to get on if you can! We spoke with one of the crew members when we got there, and he told us to "just keep putting your card on the machine over and over again until the elevator comes." And on the other floors you have to push the call button multiple times before it works. My husband is disabled and has handicapped plates, when you pull into the garage the first 2 handicap spots are blocked off for their supplies, and the other 2 spots are taken up by the elevator repairmen parking their vans there. To me this is unacceptable. The men can walk just fine, they do not need to be parking in handicap locations. The response I received from the hotel was "we understand, we apologize for the inconvenience". They didn't even have them move the vans!
