“Nice Hotel, Good Customer Service”

I just want to thank you for how you want to help people outside of your job. My loyalty number is 52055XXX and I stay at a lot of different Marriott places. I give you this good feedback by comparing it to the various experiences, which is why I gave you my loyalty number. You have the right attitude to give the best service possible. I will always remember the talk we had. You helped me plan my trip nearby and find the best restaurants in the area. It's the personal touch that stays with you, and I have very good memories of my stay at the SpringHill Suite and will tell all my Indian traveling friends to do the same. Thanks once more. “Great place to stay for a large team!”
We recently stayed here with our college swim team. The staff was prepared for our arrival and everyone was very welcoming and accommodating. They had a specific area set up for our team to welcome them, student athletes loved it. Made sure the breakfast met all of our needs.

I stayed at this hotel in April 2023 and again in April 2024 when exhibiting at the AXPONA Show held a 10 minute walk away... So it was a convenient location. The Suite I had was very spacious and had a King Bed, but I thought the lighting was a little on the dim side. Bed was comfortable enough and the room was clean. I took advantage of the breakfast buffet (included in my rate) and it had a reasonable selection of hot and cold items, and nice fresh fruit daily. I never had a problem finding a parking space and the front desk staff were always helpful. There is a gym and an indoor pool at this hotel. There are many good restaurants in easy reach of this hotel to choose from.
