Diamond Member Review: 60+ Nights Per Year For those of you who stay at this hotel for the season opener of the IndyCar season, the track runs on the street at the front entrance. Racing begins at 8am each morning. Be ready for the engines! Hotel staff is very helpful and accommodating. During the race weekend, the hotel only valets parking, but the crew out there runs around the clock...very prompt...very friendly! The coffee shop in the hotel (Starbucks) has the friendliest staff of any Starbucks I've visited anywhere in the world. The elevators are a bit sketchy and each trip is an adventure...Hilton should take a look at them. The gym has everything you need to stay in shape, treadmills, cable machines, free weights, etc. There were some guests there that were taken back at the sound of racecars speeding past the hotel all day, but I was there for the event. Pool is great!

“Loved our Housekeeper!”
MS. MONIQUUUUUUUEEEEEE!!! What can I say she was the light to each day as we were on tour! Her hospitality was unmatched. She made us feel like we were at home during our work trip. She really made us smile! Our rooms were tended to with care and she always made it cute and sweet!

I stayed at this hotel for the IndyCar race. The temporary track runs on the street at the front entrance so you had to enter through a side entrance. I stayed at this hotel for the IndyCar race. The temporary track runs on the street at the front entrance so you had to enter through a side entrance. I found the front desk staff is was very helpful during my stay. As others have mentioned, the hotel is pricey. The cost of the Items in the bar, small pantry, restaurant, parking was much higher than I expected. The coffee shop in the hotel which serves Starbucks product was great and opened at 6AM. The staff was excellent!!!! The pool looked nice, the elevators are old and ran a bit "rough". Our room was clean and was serviced daily. Great location but the hotel old, feels dated and needs to be updated.

The location of this hotel is excellent. Lots of restaurants and other attractions within an easy walk. That being said the place is looking a little worn around the edges. Carpet stains and just overall looking a little tired in public spaces. The cost of parking is outrageous. There is a little mini-mart/pantry but the entire time I was there no one was working it and the self-service monitor had a hand-written sign that asking purchases to be made at the front desk. This was a real inconvenience as there was often a line and instead of just grabbing a quick drink and a granola bar it ends up being a longer wait.
