“WONDERFUL STAY”
excellent customer service,drove 8hrs from Baltimore and arrived in Sumter at 11:30 am ,We got in early and without hesitation the young lady at the counter on 7-18-22 and unfortunately I don't remember her name ( IIatas) if I'm not mistaken ,nevertheless she booked us right into our rooms 116 a… more
excellent customer service,drove 8hrs from Baltimore and arrived in Sumter at 11:30 am ,We got in early and without hesitation the young lady at the counter on 7-18-22 and unfortunately I don't remember her name ( IIatas) if I'm not mistaken ,nevertheless she booked us right into our rooms 116 and 117 . Later when our final parties arrived they too and all the other guest were given the same service. I told everyone next year we need to get a group rates since we had five rooms and others were scattered about down broad street.

“Overpriced and unfriendly”
Room was clean until i discovered an empty booze bottle under the towels on the shelf. Lamps were rusted...place needs fresh overhaul. The staff was mediocre in its welcome and the breakfast staff was downright impolite. Both made it point that this was a second job. I have stayed in much friendli… more
Room was clean until i discovered an empty booze bottle under the towels on the shelf. Lamps were rusted...place needs fresh overhaul. The staff was mediocre in its welcome and the breakfast staff was downright impolite. Both made it point that this was a second job. I have stayed in much friendlier choice hotels at half the price.
